Camp Application
Download and complete the camp application from (including insurance information and signature for treatment/waiver release) and mail it along with a $100 deposit. After July 1st there is a $12 late charge and all applications must be submitted with full tuition, payable by cashiers check or money order.
Any returned checks will be charged an additional $25 bank fee. When we receive you application and payment, you will be sent additional information. If cancellation occurs after July 1st, tuition refunds less a $50 fee will be given. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of camp will be charged for the first two days of camp.
